HTI's TUITION INFORMATION

Hockey Tuition

  • 8 Month Hockey Program - $20,500
  • 6 Month Hockey Program - $18,500

Room and Board

  • 8 Month Room and Board -  $6,400
  • 6 Month Room and Board -  $4,800

Academic Program (Virtual High School with Tutoring)

  • Academic Program - $8,000
  • PG/International Program; SAT/ESL Course - $1,500

*For student-athletes that wish to retake their previously completed courses in order to improve their grade, we offer a course called upgrade credit course. Student Athletes can choose to take a single or multiple courses in order to upgrade.

Hockey Program includes:

A competitive season of 50+ games against elite competition

4-5 on-ice practices and 4-5 off-ice practices weekly

Full-time professional coaching staff

Transportation to all team events

Hotels and meals on the road trips

Team hockey equipment (gloves, pants, helmet, team hockey bag, game and practice jerseys and socks, tape, water bottles, skate sharpening)

Team apparel (team jacket, team track suit, team sweat suit, hockey underwear, t-shirts, shorts, hats, personal duffle bag) 

Promotion to the higher levels of hockey

Academic Program includes:

Full Program: Includes a full academic curriculum approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Book fees are included in the academic tuition. Students need to bring their own laptops and school supplies for all the academic terms, although school computers are also provided.

Post Graduate Program: Includes an SAT and TOEFL preparation course, an ESL (English as Second Language) course, or a choice of an upgrade course.  

School uniform fee is not included in the price of tuition and will need to be purchased before the first day of class. (A copy of the uniform pieces and prices will be provided for your review.)

Boarding: 

  • Spacious rooms accommodating up to 4 players (Usually 2-3 per room)
  • 3 nutritious meals and snacks, prepared by our chef, are served in our cafeteria daily
  • 24hr supervision at the facility
  • Transportation to evening activities

Payment Options:

Deposit of $ 5,000 CDN, is due upon acceptance into the program. Final payment is due by September 1. Please contact our office to discuss payment plan. A final invoice with payment dates and our bank information will be sent out with an acceptance letter.

Delinquency of payment can result in immediate removal from all athletic and academic programs.

Extended Payment Plan:

A minimum 50% of the tuition must be paid by September 1. All extended payments must be completed by December 1. 

Payments are accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, cheque, money order or wire transfer.

Cancelation Policy:

In the event that it is necessary for a registrant to cancel, a refund will be granted (excluding a $2,000.00 cancelation fee) if canceled before May 1st. There are no refunds on cancelations after May 1st.

** Extra fees: IIHF and USA Hockey transfer fees might apply to non-Canadian players. Please contact our office to find out the exact amount for each player.

Damages Deposit

Student/Players will be responsible for any damages done to their rooms. A credit card number on file will be required as a damage deposit. Charges for damages will be processed to the credit card.

Scholarships

Scholarship opportunities are based on the player’s academic and athletic performance and are discussed with each player and his/her family on a private basis.
